Crystals for Feng Shui
Karen, What crystals can be used for Feng Shui ? How do I use them ? - Dai Ng
Hi Dai;
I can give you a few beginning pointers on using crystals
to balance energy according to the Feng Shui system of balancing and harmonizing
energy in the environment. I teach a longer segment in my crystal classes
on Crystals for Feng Shui and suggest you contact me for further information.
I expect to be a continuous student when it comes to Feng Shui. Moving
furniture around and clearing clutter is all a good part of Fung Shui,
but I just don't have the time to be precise. So, I use crystals to augment
positive energies and to deflect undesired energies.
If I have an overactive Bagua centre (say, too much nostalgia and Inner Child issues coming up), I add a dark or opaque crystal such as Black Granite, Black Onyx, Black Tourmaline or Smokey Quartz to my Childhood segment to ground the energy. If I want to increase activity in a certain area, I might put a more activating crystal there, such as Garnet, Clear Quartz or Green Tourmaline. The nature of working with Feng Shui is to create balance. Even a small crystal will help energize the segment, so be cautious. Your intent is magnified by the crystal !
I also put the crystals in my fountain to provide clarity to the Bagua segment where the fountain resides, selecting the crystal by the characteristic that I wish to enhance. So, for Peace in the Family segment- I use Sodalite. For greater mental clarity in regards to my education and studies segment, I use Amethyst, Clear Quartz or Tiger's Eye. For enhancing Wealth, I use Citrine or Fool's Gold (Pyrite). To create balance and harmony I have a large quartz crystal in the centre of my home.
So, experiment and let me know how it goes for you !
